Payment policy.

All payments made to Firefly are irrevocable, final and non-refundable. Once paid, fees will not be refunded, credited, transferred or carried forward for any reason, including cancellation, non-attendance, postponement, non-use of services, dissatisfaction with a decision to discontinue, or a change in the Client’s personal, financial or business circumstances.

The only exceptions are a reservation deposit expressly designated by Firefly in writing as refundable, provided that the refund is requested by the stated deadline, and a pro-rated refund of fees attributable to services not yet provided where Firefly unilaterally terminates the agreement other than as a result of the Client’s breach.

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
